These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern all use of the Floss & Pop Hire website and all bookings made through us. By using our site or confirming a booking, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Eligibility to Use the Website

Visitors must be at least 18 years old to make a booking.

You agree not to misuse our website or services.

3. Bookings & Payments

A £50 non-refundable deposit is required to confirm all bookings.

Remaining balance is due no later than 48 hours before your event unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Payments can be made securely via our booking form or payment link.

4. Services & Changes

We reserve the right to modify or withdraw any service at any time without prior notice.

Packages may be updated or amended based on availability.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

Deposits are non-refundable.

If you cancel more than 14 days before your event, we may refund any balance paid (excluding deposit).

Cancellations made within 14 days of the event are non-refundable.

If we must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., equipment failure, staff illness), a full refund (including deposit) will be issued.

6. Equipment & Liability

All equipment remains the property of Floss & Pop Hire.

The client is responsible for ensuring safe access, parking, and power supply at the venue.

Outdoor events must provide suitable cover (marquee/gazebo) and access to electricity.

We are not liable for any injury, damage, or loss caused by misuse of equipment.

7. Intellectual Property

All logos, branding, images, and content on this website are the property of Floss & Pop Hire.

You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without permission.

8. Privacy & Data

We only collect and use your personal data for the purpose of processing bookings and enquiries.

We will not share your data with third parties except where required by law.

9. Termination of Services

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel a booking if Terms are breached or payment is not received.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
